When I first started learning pole, I struggle to say the least. As an inflexible person with no background in dance I couldn't pick up choreo very quickly and those amazing split moves looked more like a jack knife.
So, I set out to teach myself, and word spread quickly.
In my small mountain town I started pole classes out of my garage at the time. Back then we used whatever we could find to train: hammers, wrenches, and weight plates donated by friends.
Soon classes were filling up and ever since then we've been warming up with twerking and floor work and learning tricks and combos together.
Once the spark was lit - there was no turning back! Jane absolutely loves teaching pole and sharing the joy of self expression with others.
Now, Plain Jane’s easy to understand, beginner-friendly, fun style of teaching pole dance can be enjoyed by YOU online!
