Beginner/Intermediate Recorded Class
We're taking flight with a pole climb that's far from basic, finding elbow grip in our climb position, and getting into hood ornament with a twist: straight legs!
Beginner Heels Recorded Class
If you're a beginner who has just gotten your first pair of pleasers this is a great place to start. We'll work on sliding our platforms correctly with low flow exotic style moves.
Intermediate Recorded Class
This class is intermediate, as the pre-requisite is being able to invert and holding a leg hang with no hands. Be sure to use a crash pad and spotter for this class.
