Pole is not just about arm and hand grip strength! To stay on the pole you'll need several points of contact at once. These could be any skin contact from your legs, arms, kneepit, or even your armpit. This training will teach you how to start thinking about gripping the pole with your entire body.

Beginner Training: Gripping with Body Points

Let's get grippy using several points of contact at once! Body points are key to keeping ourselves up on the pole and transitioning from one place to the next. We'll dive into various moves that help our muscles and brains understand how to use the entire body on the pole. The moves in this series include Figurehead, Pole Sit, Jasmine, Jamilla, and Outside Leg Hangs. Exercises are formatted to be completely approachable for a beginner level.
