Let's get grippy using several points of contact at once! Body points are key to keeping ourselves up on the pole and transitioning from one place to the next. We'll dive into various moves that help our muscles and brains understand how to use the entire body on the pole. The moves in this series include Figurehead, Pole Sit, Jasmine, Jamilla, and Outside Leg Hangs. Exercises are formatted to be completely approachable for a beginner level.
