Floor kitty no more! It's time to get air born and climb that pole. Pole climbing can be strange and difficult - until you learn the right technique that is! The following exercises will condition and strengthen while refining technique for pole climbs.
Ready to take your practice up higher? Time to learn to climb. The grip points needed to properly climb the pole can feel a bit counter-intuitive at first. But, with the right technique and proper strength training you'll be yarting yourself up there in no time. We will only be working on the standard climb for this session.
