Warm Up & General Conditioning

Warming up is one of the MOST IMPORTANT parts of avoiding injury while training pole. Our goal is to get your heart rate up and warm up the specific muscles, tendons, and joints we plan to use, without pushing them too far.

No matter how tempted you are - do not skip your warm up!! Your muscles will thank you later.

You can mix and match the exercises to suit your body, and what you plan to train each day.
