Let's get warm... without pushing too far! This pole specific warm up focuses on engaging the muscles in the ranges of motion we will be using them. We'll also include gentle weight training, PT, nerve glides, and other mobility exercises that help avoid injury.
Warming up is one of the MOST IMPORTANT parts of avoiding injury while training pole. Our goal is to get your heart rate up and warm up the specific muscles, tendons, and joints we plan to use, without pushing them too far.
No matter how tempted you are - do not skip your warm up!! Your muscles will thank you later.
